Se caracteriza<br/>por su bajo crecimiento económico, con desigualdades en la distribución de los recursos disponibles y el limitado acceso<br/>de los servicios elementales que requieren las personas, principalmente las que viven en situaciones de vulnerabilidad.<br/>La pobreza y la extrema pobreza son los problemas más significativos que enfrenta el país desde hace mucho tiempo y<br/>la coyuntura actual indica que se necesitan grandes esfuerzos por parte del gobierno y la sociedad en su conjunto para<br/>combatir ese flagelo que tanto daño le hace a todos los pueblos subdesarrollados |
